These villas are perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking to relax in nature, breathe in the fresh sea air, and explore one of Albania’s most beautiful and peaceful coastal areas.
• Villa 1 features a private bedroom with a double bed, and a bunk bed in the open-plan living and kitchen area.
• Villa 2 is a bright studio-style space, with a double bed and a bunk bed in the same room as the kitchen.

We are a warm and kind local family who has been living in Divjakë for over 60 years. We have a deep appreciation for nature and enjoy walking the trails of the national park. I personally love exploring the hidden paths with a 4x4 car, where you can spot rare birds like flamingos and pelicans that many visitors miss.
We love hosting people from all over the world, learning about different cultures, and sharing the unique beauty of Albania. We are open to all nationalities and take pride in helping guests experience Divjakë to the fullest. Villa Gersi is located in Divjakë, within the Divjakë-Karavasta National Park and close to the main beach area and near minimarkets. The neighborhood is peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and rich biodiversity.
There are several delicious fresh seafood restaurants nearby that we’re happy to recommend.
Nearby attractions include the Divjakë Visitor Centre, Kulla 360 (the 360° viewing tower), and boat tours of the Karavasta Lagoon.
