It's a family run business, where you will feel the warm atmosphere of Armenian family. We will do our best to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. We can give you a ride to city Gyumri, where you can buy whatever you need, we can cook for you, we can take you on short trips and here you can meet local people, who come to us to eat homemade food. Sure, we will teach you a couple of Armenian words :)

The house is located 20 mins drive away from Gyumri city, which is situated on the lakeside next to a mineral spring with healing features. It's peacefull place away from people, where you can spend your holidays with family, friends or simply enjoy the nature in isolation. It's also perfect for people who work remotely. It's cozy house with 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor kitchens, terrace. THE BREAKFAST AND THE PICK UP FROM GYUMRI CITY OR BAYANDUR TRAIN STATION IS FOR FREE.

The house is directly situated by a healthy natural spring, which is popular among the locals who like to bathe their feet in spring's water. The neighboring lake is perfect for boating, nature photography or fishing.
