La casa tiene 2 pisos independientes, cada uno con cocina, baño y cuarto, el de arriba con cama doble. Abajo cuarto con dos camas, con opción a unirlas. Y en el living sillón cama opcional. La escalera está afuera. Los dos pisos tiene aire frío calor y arriba hay salamandra. Cada piso tiene TV con cable. El camino es de tierra y si llueve se complica la entrada sin 4x4. El pago es en el momento de entrega, en efectivo en dólares o pesos al valor del dólar libre del día
La casa está en el campo se entra por camino de tierra a pocos kms del pueblo de Capilla de Señor y Cardales donde hay varios Restaurantes cancha de pádel y cancha de golf.
