Welcome to Casona Laconte Termas de Río Hondo, Santiago del Estero. This beautiful mansion located in front of the hot springs lake has a concrete and wood design. Green landscaping overlooking the beautiful lake, 30m2 external gallery for meetings, 60m2 living room for optimum rest with a firewood salamander, an external room 20 meters from the entrance hall for winter meetings, external pool with thermal water, two pools internal with thermal water, two rooms in suites and a room with a view of the lake with single beds for children. Our establishment is characterized by being a family mansion that over the years was obtained to reap good moments in connection with nature and thermal water.

Hi, I'm Juan Pablo Marozzi Conte, grandson of Ricardo Conte, who built this beautiful house. Today we dedicate ourselves to renting it and being able to offer visitors the beautiful energies that this house transmits to us for 3 generations. I am a young entrepreneur, who seeks that visitors have a beautiful experience and I keep up with any inconvenience or query they need 24 hours a day. It will be a pleasure to welcome you. Casona Laconte located on Avenida Los palos borrachos, is a residential neighborhood only built with weekend houses overlooking the lake. It is the safest neighborhood in the city surrounded by water and green. 100 meters from the house is the lake, 150 meters from the Termas de Río Hondo international racetrack, 700 meters from the international hot springs golf course, 120 meters from the Nautical Club, 200 meters from is the Marinas del Faro hotel, 500 meters from the automobile museum, 900 meters from the front dam of Termas de Rio Hondo and 4 km from the city center of TERMAS DE RIO HONDO. In general it is a safe area, away from downtown traffic, many places to walk, meet and discover. An area to provide peace and good rest to visitors.
