Te invitamos a disfrutar de lo mejor de Mar del Plata! Vas a dormir con el sonido de las olas y a desayunar en nuestra amplia terraza con vista al mar. La ubicación es inmejorable: no sólo estarás frente a Playa Grande, sino que con solo cruzar la calle encontrás Hotel Costa Galana y a tan sólo 150 metros, la calle Alem. También podrás ir caminando hasta el puerto, una de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El departamento se encuentra en un edificio único, galardonado por su diseño arquitectónico. Sus 110mts2 incluyen 3 dormitorios (uno con cama matrimonial, otro con dos camas individuales y uno más con una cama individual), un amplio living, una cocina completa y 3 baños. Además, los huéspedes cuentan con acceso a una cochera techada privada. Es importante aclarar que el tercer dormitorio sólo estará disponible si la reserva es para 5 pasajeros. Caso contrario, estará disponible sólo para guardado de equipaje. Además, el balcón no tiene protección de ningún tipo, por lo que no permitimos el alojamiento de huéspedes menores de 10 años de edad.

El alojamiento es ideal tanto si venís a un congreso, a un torneo de golf, a practicar surf o de simplemente de visita ya que se encuentra ubicado muy cerca de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad (Hotel Costa Galana, calle Leandro Alem -con todos sus bares y restaurantes-, el puerto, Mar del Plata Golf Club y Playa Grande).
