Muy buena zona. Cerca del centro de 12. 32 metros cuadrados que incluyen una habitación con una cama doble y un balcón; posee un armario con estantes cajones y perchas. Living-comedor integrado con una cama simple y su marinera. Incluye lámpara, tv, wifi y parlante. Cocina bien iluminada. Posee platos, vasos, cubiertos, y todo tipo de utensilios de cocina. Consta de una heladera, pava eléctrica y desayuno seco. No posee estacionamiento pero si encuentra lugar en la calle puede estacionar tranquilamente.
El barrio es bastante céntrico, esta cerca de una de las calles con mas locales (12), hay todo tipo de servicios cerca del edificio. (Desde gimnasios y locales de ropa hasta hospitales).
