The apartment is modern and very well equipped. It has everything you need for a perfect stay for work or rest. It is ideal for couples who want to enjoy a time of leisure and rest or for those who travel for work. It is very close to a shopping center with a very complete food court and a very well equipped supermarket. In the apartment there is complimentary Nespresso coffee and several teas both. A refrigerator with snacks and various beverages available for a fee. It is also possible to prepare food in the apartment since it has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, appliances and crockery. The department has a small library of art, architecture, novels and philosophy, as well as board games to complement the stay. The keys for me are cleanliness, order, design and a range of services that exceed the expectations of those who visit us.
I like to make those who visit us feel as if they were at home and that their stay be perfect. I love to travel and the personal experience of my trips has served to know what aspects make a stay absolutely pleasant. For my profession (architect) I choose modern style furniture, the objects and furniture design, as well as bedding and blanque. I´m also passionate about art and the paintings are originals by San Juan painters and some of my authorship. There are also sheets that complement the decoration and they are copies of post-impressionist artists.
It´s located near the universities and shopping Espacio San Juan. There are cinemas, food court and a Walmart supermarket. The area is very quiet and safe. It´s 200 meters far from one of the main avenues of the city that links with the downtown area, the mountains and nearby levees. It is ideal for those who want to rest, travel work or to practice or enjoy sports and do not want to stay in the dountown. Within walking distance, the gastronomic and bar offerings are the best in San Juan. There are pasta restaurants, grill, gourmet food, Irish bar and craft beer bars.
