My name is Nagi Abdalla, my wife Salwa and I moved to Austria over 35 years ago to fulfill our dream of a small business in this beautiful area. Since 2014 we transformed the house flat by flat - completely on our own - to a home for people from all over the world. The surroundings are very quiet, from each apartment you have a great view of the mountains. Especially the walking distance to the city and to many restaurants, as well as to bicycle and hiking trails makes our apartments perfect for a break in nature. In winter there are plenty of ski resorts nearby, such as the Gaal. The Aqua Lux thermal spa is also only a few minutes away by car. Guests of our apartments get a 10% discount if you treat yourself to a day at the Aqua Lux thermal spa. There are also fitness and lifestyle studios within walking distance. A few minutes by car there are also enough places to relax and enjoy the sun in summer. If you want to see more of Styria, there is a brochure in your apartment which lists more than 100 destinations. We are also happy to offer you a hiking tour or a mountain bike tour!
