In the center of Hinterglemm, the Alpen-Karawanserai is a hotel in a quiet and sunny location only a few steps away from the cable car. Tradition, modern design, influences of Asian cultures, and a unique spa oasis meet here in an impressive mountain landscape. The Alpen-Karawanserai represents a completely new hotel experience - a successful combination of modern concept of living, with a focus on the inner balance of body and mind. The modern spa oasis features different offers on several levels, from holistic treatments to classic massages and beauty treatments. All rooms boast a very pleasant atmosphere in a modern living design, as well as wide views of the surrounding mountains. The Reiterkogelbahn cable car and the Bergfried ski lift are in the immediate vicinity of the Alpen-Karawanserai and provide direct access to the skiing, hiking and biking area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang. There you can enjoy over 270 kilometres of ski slopes in winter and 400 km of signposted hiking and mountain bike trails in summer.
