Our newly built holiday apartment is located on the sunny side of the valley in the idyllic municipality of Hart im Zillertal. Only a few minutes' drive from F?gen, where you will find a number of shops, doctors, pharmacies, thermal baths/adventure spa, and many more. In winter, several ski areas such as Spieljoch (F?gen), Hochzillertal (Hochf?gen & Kaltenbach), and Zillertal Arena (Zell am Ziller) can be reached quickly and attract with their hundreds of kilometers of slopes. The elevated position of our apartment offers an overwhelming view of the valley and the surrounding mountains from the west-facing terrace. Our apartment fulfills all wishes for a feel-good stay. You will be happy to return to the fully equipped and lovingly furnished apartment every day after your excursions. The apartment is perfect for up to 4 people. A 5th person is possible, but please note that there is only a pull-out chair in one of the two bedrooms for this person. We therefore only recommend the pull-out chair for an additional child. You will be enchanted by the cozy accommodation and the picturesque surroundings! Beautiful hiking and mountain bike trails are right outside - there are no limits to your mountain passion!
