Property information

KitzAlps Apartments have two separate apartments in the building with a shared entrance. They can be booked separately or together. KitzAlps Apartment "Standard" has 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms + 1 bunk bed)and a sofa bed for 2 extra people. 2 of the bedrooms are downstairs in a natural lit basement down a small narrow staircase (not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children). Plenty of outside space with two terraces with outside furniture. KitzAlps Apartment "Premium" has 4 double bedrooms plus a loft area upstairs with an extra bedroom, bathroom and lounge area as well as sunny terrace. Suitable for 10 guests, it also has a fireplace in the top apartment as well as a washing machine.

Neighbourhood information

We recommend leaving your ski equipment at the depots at the lifts and taking a relaxed ride with the free ski bus. For skiers, with Pengelsteinbahn (2,100 meters), Maierlbahn (2,000 meters) and the Gaisbergbahn (950 meters) with toboggan run with these 3 lifts in the immediate vicinity, as well as being the entrance to the ski area KitzSki. Also the ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser is quickly accessible via the Ki-West gondola (2,500m).
