The garden to the lake to the front is private, the private garden to the apartment with its own barbecue is at the back, a passage to the lake with a small lawn on the water is available. A small snack station is only 20 m away. Landlord does not live in the house. Absolutely quiet location on the edge of the forest, hikes are possible directly from the house.
