We attach great importance to sustainability:
Our house is exclusively supplied from renewable energy sources. We generate solar energy (6.4 kilowatts of photovoltaics), buy green electricity only and operate a geothermal heat pump (350 meters of borehole) for hot water and space heating.
Each apartment features 2 bedrooms and a living area with kitchen. The kitchens come with De'Longhi espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with a shower in each unit. Bed linen, towels, bath towels, tea towels are provided for the duration of your stay at no extra charge. Free parking. Free WIFI.
Our house is easy to reach on a flat road. Bread and pastry service with quality craftsmanship: The craft bakery Haidl supplies us directly. We collect your order and the next morning the bread basket awaits you at your door.
The nearest supermarket "MPREIS" is at 900 meters. It’s very close to the bathing world of Therme Amadé.
Free ski bus:
The ski bus takes you directly to the cable cars in winter. The next stop is just a few steps away. For ski boots and sports equipment a ski & bike room is available (In winter with a boot dryer).
The Flachau Summer Card / Salzburger Sportwelt Card can be issued for each guest and offers free services and discounts.
