The modern furnished apartment on the 4th floor is located in central Location in a residential building built in 2016 . There is an underground parking space available for our guests. A very well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, plate grill and electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a dining area. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed. There is also a comfortable sofa, radio and a flat screen TV in the apartment. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a washing machine. It is a non-smoking apartment, but it has a cozy balcony ......
We travel a lot and like to welcome guests who visits Graz
Graz is the capitol from Styria the 'green heart' of Austria. Graz is proud for the southern flair and offer the guests a lot of events like 'Steirischer Herbst' , La strada , Jazzsummer .... Our apartment is in the city centre in the mulitcultural quarter ²Griesd². Sights like the 'Grazer Schloßberg with the Uhrturm' , the 'Acconci Insel' ,'Das Kunsthaus' and a lot of other sights are within a walking distance. A grocery is in the house and shoppings malls are not far away.
