This cozy chalet is very private and all yours during your stay. We have a large garden and so in the summer you can enjoy the Alps environment and many beautiful walks that we have in our area. Our prices include final cleaning, WLAN, laundry and linen, sauna and tourist tax.
We own the property and keep the property in a very good standard and traditional Austrian style. We only ever rent the house to one group or family. Our Chalet host Sascha will look after you. He lives offsite.
Our side of the valley is very charming. The mountains and nature around Großglockner are just fantastic. There are a number of farms surrounding our property. Its lovely for walking and the cycle track which stretches from Salzburg to the Krimml Falls passes close to the house. One of our favourite places to take guests is the Kohlschnait Rodelbahn (toboggan) run which is only a few hundred meters away. They have a bar and restaurant and they brew their own beer!
