The apartment is located at Favoriten-straße 106, right on one of Vienna's most popular shopping streets. The area offers a variety of stores, including clothing shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, providing a wide selection of food and shopping options. The U1 metro station is right across from the building, just 5 meters from the entrance. This gives you quick access to the city's key locations: • In 10 minutes, you can reach the city center (Stephansplatz). • In 4 minutes, you'll be at Vienna Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). • In 20 minutes, you can reach Vienna International Airport by public transport. Parking Options: Unfortunately, there is no private garage available. However, the Columbus Center Garage is located 300-400 meters away, with a parking fee of 15 Euro for 24 hours. Important Notice: All of Vienna is a short-term parking zone, meaning you'll need a parking ticket to park on the street. Alternatively, you can park in a garage to avoid parking fines.
