The beautiful, old and carefully renovated house was built in 1665. The Vallaster family lovingly renovated it in summer 2019. It is located on a large meadow in the district Au?erlitz in Schruns - from there it is only a few minutes walk to the center of Schruns with all shopping facilities, restaurants etc. and to the train station with all bus lines. The house offers you 280 m² of living space and plenty of room for a relaxing vacation. It has a ski cellar with ski boot warmer, the ski bus stop is right in front of the house as well as private parking for up to 6 cars. In summer you can use the garden for barbecue and as a playground. In the house you will find free wifi, sauna with relaxation room and infrared cabin.
