Christian Pritz is a true Lungau native, Madeleine Pritz is a Swiss immigrant who is already a true Lungau native at heart. We have been running the small Schweizer Hof farm together since 2018. Of course, we also have a farm dog: The Swiss hound "Duchesse" is always by our side. Our great passion is the combination of nature and tourism. Being close to our guests is particularly important to us - our motto is : Come as a guest and come back as a friend. We look forward to seeing you!
The nature reserve around the mountain tarn "Prebersee", which is popular for nature enthusiasts, can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. At the same time, the small, fine and vibrant district capital of Tamsweg is only a 3-minute drive away. The wide Lungau valley basin with its 5 dreamy side valleys and unspoilt natural landscapes forms an absolute contrast to life in the city, skyscrapers, streets and offices. This is exactly why the region is designated as an UNESCO Biosphere Reserve already since 2012. The award guarantees an unspoilt holiday experience in summer at one of the 60 mountain lakes, in one of the more than 70 traditionally operated mountain inns or in winter in one of the family-friendly, snow-assured ski areas (4 ski areas can be reached in just 15 to 25 minutes), on the snow-assured cross-country ski trails or varied ski tours. Numerous events take place in the district capital of Tamsweg, as well as living traditions such as the Samson carrying in summer and the Advent market, Krampus run or Easter fires in winter. The market town of Tamsweg with its restaurants, cafés, sports shops, farmers' markets and sports facilities offers everything your heart desires.
