Located directly on the R19 cycle path and 200m from the ski bus and ski slope, the bright and fully equipped holiday flats (85m² and 65m²) offer plenty of space and a great view. Thanks to the open-plan layout, the kitchen, dining and living areas offer plenty of space for social gatherings. Atmospheric light sources give you the opportunity to create the perfect ambience. The combination of oiled wooden floors with partial underfloor heating ensures a cosy feeling and warm feet already in the morning. The spacious daylight bathrooms with spacious shower and also underfloor heating is your pleasant start to the holiday day. The flats are modernly furnished with amenities such as dishwasher, satellite TV, microwave, all kitchen utensils, some with washing machine, WiFi...
In winter, our region impresses with an excellent network of cross-country ski trails with 180 kilometres of trails between the Tauplitzalm, Grimming and Ödensee. The skiing area "die tauplitz" with a modern gondola lift offers the ideal downhill run for beginners to experts. In summer, the Ausseerland Salzkammergut region impresses with its crystal-clear lakes and a variety of cycling and mountain biking opportunities. The fantastic mountain world invites you to take small hikes for families (e.g. the Tauplitzalm alpine plateau or the Tressensteinwarte) or ambitious mountain tours such as those on the Grimming. In between, there are of course many half-day or day hikes, such as on the Kampl, the Hechelstein, the Hochmühleck, the Ausseer Zinken and many more.
