Our newly built house is located at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. It is equipped with a holiday apartment in a quiet and very sunny location. The holiday apartment is facing south-west und offers a great panoramic view of the Kitzbüheler Horn, the Brandstadl and the Hohe Salve. A few metres away from the house, you also have a good view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, our house is the perfect starting point for skiing (ski bus stop 350m away) in our great Skiwelt as well as for many other winter sports activities. A cross-country ski trail is located within 800m and in there are also great toboggan runs in the two neighbouring villages. In summer, our house is the perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours on and around the Wilder Kaiser. You can start the tours directly from the front door. If you follow the road, you will reach the Hintersteinersee in about 3.5 km. The house owner is a passionate mountaineer, member of the mountain rescue and passionate paraglider, and also offers tandem flights for our guests at cheaper rates. He also knows our mountain world perfectly and can give you a few tips and info upon request. A small note for winter: As our house is located on a small hill, snow chains or four-wheel drive may be necessary in winter road conditions.
