The town center of Velden and the lake can be reached by car in 3 minutes. The natural location between Forstsee and Saissersee is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks. The "Römerschlucht" is just 50 meters from the house. A section of the Alps-Adriatic Trail runs in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. This holiday apartment has a terrace and garden access. There is a spacious and comfortably equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large refrigerator. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. The open-plan living area comfortably sleeps two additional people (sofa beds). All areas of the apartment are private and are for your exclusive use. The garden is available for shared use. The hallway/entrance area is shared with two other tenants. The laundry room is also available: a washing machine and dryer are available for free use.
