In summer, our house is the perfect starting point for hikes and cycling tours - nearby you will find tennis courts and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
In winter, you can reach one of the largest ski areas, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, in just a few minutes by car (free line directly to the Salvistabahn Itter). The region also offers toboggan runs, night skiing, cross-country ski trails, winter hiking, and much more.
