Cleanliness, facilities like air-conditioning but also a shared washing machine and dryer. Close to public transportation, super friendly owners. Oh we adored the 'kittens' outside!

I've been wanting to stay here for sometime. I'm so glad I did. Petra was incredibly helpful over email and I never had to wait long for a response from her. My room was on the ground floor facing the road. I thought it may be a problem but...

Company info

In Tyrol every farmhouse is given what is called "a farmhouse name" which is used much more often than the family name. Our name,"Kasperhof", derives from Kasper, the Christian name of our great-grandfather

Property info

There are some places that exude a special magic. Where one soon feels at home and is happy to stay a while. Our great-grandfather found such a place in 1904, when he left Hötting for the edge of the woods above Innsbruck. Times were a bit different then, more than a hundred years ago, and thus it took a good four years to build the Kasperhof - an unimaginably long time nowadays. Who knows, perhaps the pace of life at that time still lives on in the foundation walls which have survived all the building and rebuilding work of the last few decades. For it sometimes seems as if everything is a bit quieter and more relaxed than in nearby Innsbruck just a few minutes away.

Neighborhood info

The setting of our holiday apartments makes possible the incomparable experience of staying in the middle of Nature combined with all the attractions of the Olympic City of Innsbruck. In just one minute you can walk to the bus stop of line H and after a journey of just a few minutes you are back in the centre of the history-rich city of Innsbruck. From cultural treasures, like the famous Golden Roof and the Imperial Palace of the Habsburgs, you can cross the city to the Berg Isel, the venue of the annual international ski jumping tournament, and on to an extensive shopping tour around the Old Town or one of the several shopping malls in or near the city centre, where countless attractions await you. Sports activities in summer and winter Innsbruck is THE sport city. Within about half an hour from your apartment you can get to numerous skiing centres in winter and to beautiful bathing lakes and hiking areas with ancient mountain lodges and restaurants in summer. Especially popular are the hiking tours that start directly behind the Kasperhof. Especially popular - the hiking paths directly behind the Kasperhof.
