In a quiet location on the outskirts of Kitzbühel, Haus Brugger is 600 metres from the Ganslernbahn Cable Car and 1.9 km from the centre. It offers free Wi-Fi, free private parking with charging stations for electric cars and a ski storage room. The spacious apartments are furnished in a modern Alpine style. They feature wooden floors, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen or kitchenette, and a bathroom. Some have a balcony. A free ski bus taking guests to various cable cars in the area stops 250 metres away from Kitzbühel Apartments Haus Brugger. In summer, guests can swim at Lake Schwarzsee, a 10-minute walk away. A golf course can also be found there.
