Company info

The Martinus farmhouse, the Martinus country house and the Brunnenkogelhaus are in the middle of the Ötztal, but our concept is different from what you are used to in Sölden. We attach great importance to tradition and are happy to pass it on to our guests. Holiday on a farm! Still not "dusty" but modern and with every comfort. The Martinus farmhouse and the Martinus country house are right next to each other. And our "jewelry box", the Brunnnenkogelhaus, is located at 2738m and can only be reached on foot. Something very special.

Property info

Spend the night in one of our "BIG FIVE" in the Alps! Whether in the "marmot", in the "Haflinger" or in the "Steinbock". Our apartments are located on the outskirts, right next to the gondola lift (almost ski-in-ski-out). Right next to the toboggan run, the pump track and the bike run. The bakery and bus stop are also right next door. The supermarket and town center can be reached quickly by bus in a few minutes.

466/5000 Whether bike trails, pump tracks, toboggan run, ski lift, cross-country ski run, everything is right next door. The ski / bike experience starts right at the accommodation! Supermarket and town center can be reached in a few minutes. Adventure pool, horseback riding, tennis court, ice skating rink and the James Bond Museum "Elements 007" are nearby. Around 3,000 pebbles tower up. Three of them can be reached by lift - the BIG 3. The hiking experience starts right at the accommodation.
