The center of Villach is a charming and vibrant hub with a mix of historic and modern elements. The Hauptplatz, or main square, is the focal point, surrounded by picturesque, pastel-colored buildings, cafes, and shops. Narrow cobbled streets branch out from the square, inviting leisurely strolls and exploration. You'll find a delightful blend of medieval and Baroque architecture, creating an inviting and quaint atmosphere. The main square serves as the heart of the city, hosting various events and providing a perfect starting point for discovering the city's cultural and culinary treasures. Due to the central location getting around is fairly simple either with your own personal car or public transportation. The bus station is located just outside the building. You are welcome to take our bike provided for you when staying in our apartment. There are plenty of e-scooters outside as well.
