My name is Matthias Hohl and I am the owner of MH Living GmbH and your contact person for your stay. I put a lot of thought into the renovation and furnishing of each apartment in order to offer my guests a wonderful stay.

Property information

Welcome to my newest 72m² apartment, which I have just finished with great attention to detail. After an extensive renovation phase, this apartment has been available to you since April 1, 2024, completely new in a modern Scandinavian style of furnishing and decoration. I have tried to bring all my experiences from my other short-term rental apartments into this apartment and I hope you like it. Parking is available in the inner courtyard of the house, which is blocked by a barrier. I am already looking forward to your visit!

Neighbourhood information

In the immediate vicinity of the center, this apartment can be reached very quickly from anywhere in Graz, offers parking in the inner courtyard and is nevertheless an absolutely quiet location, although it is in the middle of the city. Many sights and the Graz main square are only a 5-minute walk away. The next tram and bus stop, with all conceivable connections in and around Graz, as well as the Graz main train station can be reached within 5 minutes, Graz Airport within 15 minutes.
