A 5-minute stroll takes you to the tram that directly heads to the city center. Within close proximity, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, and even a 24/7 open gas station for any last-minute needs. Experience the convenience and diversity of our vibrant surroundings! Right in front of the apartment, you'll find metered parking spaces where you can park with a parking ticket (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 22:00, excluding holidays).
