The subsidiary company i Live Hospitalty Services GmbH will start in September 2020 with the new Serviced Apartment Concept and thus with the first house in Vienna. Another seven hotel openings in Austria and Germany are planned by 2023. Rioca was born out of love for Brazil and the Cariocas: It is the home of our founder's heart and we are convinced of the warmth of Brazilian hospitality. Our Rioca Vienna Post 1 is located in the 20th district of Vienna Brigittenau and therefore on an island between the Danube and the Danube Canal. The district is known for the Millennium Tower and the Brigitta Church and is closely connected to the 2nd district, where the Vienna Prater is located. This is known as a recreation area, sports centre and above all as the green lung of Vienna. In only 400 meters distance from your apartment you will find the S-Bahn stop "Wien Traisengasse". To the "Wien Praterstern" it is even only 1 station and to the "Wien Mitte" 2 stations and 7 minutes. Information for arrival from the airport:
