Ground floor: public entrance and ski storage. 1st floor: hall, living room with dining area and double sofa bed 160x200 TV, complete kitchen with electric 2+2 burner hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, 1 bedroom (double bed 180x200), bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. General: Internet access (Wi-Fi), balcony, heating (central heating), parking, lift.
We are Mandy & Jean-Paul. We love hiking in the mountains in summer and skiing in the snow in winter, so this is the ideal place for us. Right by the gondola and in the middle of the village. With us, you receive the Wildschönau PREMIUM Card that allows you to use many services, especially in summer (FREE LIFTS). Our flat within walking distance of the gondola. In 2016 we bought the flat and we are super happy with it. Come along and judge for yourself !
Just steps away from the gondola lift (300 m.) in the middle of the cosy village of Niederau in Wildschönau is Haus Sonnenalp. The apartment complex's location is within walking distance of the gondola and ski school. With ample free parking in front of the door. Supermarkets such as Spar and M-Preis, pharmacy, bank and a travel agency for trips all within easy reach in the village. The house is ideally centrally located and when there is enough snow you can ski back to the front door. A nice bonus is that the ski lift, various restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, so you can leave your car at home the whole holiday! The sunny and snow-sure Wildschönau, thanks to an 8-seater gondola between Inneralpbach and the Schatzberg, now belongs to Ski Juwel "Alpbachtal Wildschönau", with no less than 145 km of slopes and 47 ski lifts (7 gondola, 8 chair lifts, 31 drag lifts and 1 rolling carpet). This places Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschonau, in terms of piste kilometres, among the top 10 ski resorts in Tyrol!
