The rooms Bed & Breakfast offers individually furnished rooms, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi access, and is lovated in a quiet location near the Alte Donau recreation area. The individually designed rooms are furnished with many design pieces and feature spacious bathrooms. They can be found in a new building with a big terrace and a garden. The city centre can be reached in only a few minutes from the Kagran underground station, which is only a 2-minute walk away. The Austria Center and the UN headquarters can also be reached on foot from The rooms. Restaurants, a big shopping centre, and many leisure options are close by. The house is heated exclusively by an air heat pump and supplied with electricity by a photovoltaic system on the roof.

passionate hosts We decided to make our home near the Old Danube river. Everywhere small houses and gardens, a small idyllic island – a refuge from hectic city life. Here – a short walk from the river – we settled down in a quiet street a few years ago. We built a house for us and the kids and decided to add 4 more rooms. And thus this small B&B was created. Our favorite hobby: traveling! Best with our 3 kids to show them the beauty of this world. And so impressions from many trips can now be found in the bed and breakfast.

Four rooms at this B&B, each one differently and individually designed, really charming with lots tasteful details. The interior – a potpourri of many different styles – has been enhanced with precious souvenirs from our trips.

The Old Danube River’s beautiful recreational area begins at the end of our street. Kilometers of walks beside the water offer you fun and relaxation without cars and noise. It is a natural treasure in the middle of the city.
