Renovated attic maisonette with 70sqm on two floors, two separate bedrooms on the upper floor and access to the terrace. Direct proximity to Westbahnhof/ Mariahilferstraße! Two separate bedrooms on the upper floor with large double beds and air conditioning. A high-quality sofa bed, which can be converted into a double bed, is located in the living room. New and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Storage room for suitcases available. Large terrace on the upper floor!
Hello, we, Siegfried and Lyn, welcome you! We have a one and a half-year-old daughter. In our free time, we enjoy riding our bikes or spending time with Clara, our little daughter.
