We've just renovated a 1 bedroom apartment. It is ideal for someone looking for short-term accomodation (min 5 nights max 1 month). The place is ideal for someone in between accomodation, someone who is travelling for work to Melbourne, or someone who has family visiting and needs a place to stay. The studio is fully equipped for someone to live comfortably. The studio has its own entrance and is secluded and is located at the back of our house. The place can only accommodate 2 adults (18+).

We provide some groceries for you to make a basic breakfast and some snacks and drinks to get you going. We provide all cleaning products for you to keep your space clean but if you want us to clean the property during your stay it can be organised for a fee. Please ask us. We have a driveway and have few cars already so if you have a car, you will need to use street parking which is free. We often work from home and if you need anything we are here to assist. If we are not around you can send us a message.

Lalor is suburbian and is quiet in general. It is centrally located and is in the northern suburbs of melbourne. The airport is about 20 min away by car, Melbourne CBD is about 40 min away by car, and main shopping centres are about 10 min drive away. The train station is 10 min walk away and a train will take you directly to the city in about 40 min. Lalor also has an older community so its quite safe and people are friendly. The houses are mostly from the 1960's and most of them have undergone some sort of renovations. There is ample street parking available for free Train station is 10 min walk away Local shops are also 15 min walk away. RMIT bundoora campus is 20 min away by bus.
