This beautifully furnished Soldiers Point holiday unit has a spacious open plan air conditioned living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living area opens out to a huge sun drenched terrace with outdoor dining and lounge furniture and BBQ, a fantastic place for alfresco dining while enjoying the views across the park and Sunset Boulevard water views. Peninsula Waters is in a great location with cafes and shops located underneath the complex, tennis courts and park across the road and just a short walk to Soldiers Point marina and boat ramp. There is a pool in the complex and 1 secure car space with access via a swipe card. Bedding configuration can be changed in the main bedroom, the King bed can be split into 2 long singles - we suggest you bring flat sheets if you are wanting this combination or standard King sheets if requiring the King bed. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. This is a smoke free complex.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
