This ground floor two-bedroom apartment only 50m from the Esplanade along one of the Cairns region's most popular beaches is one not to be missed. Offers a fabulous gated private outdoor area with tropical plants and its own private garden entrance from the street. The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate. Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples travelling together, or temporary business residents. THE SPACE: The fabulous gated private outdoor area with tropical plants and a dining table with an umbrella is ideal to relax and enjoy our amazing climate. Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, YouTube and local channels along with free WiFi and a selection of board games is provided for your entertainment during your stay. Both air-conditioned bedrooms offer quality mattresses, ceiling fans and courtyard view, one has a queen-size bed, the other bedroom has two single size beds. The unit comes with high-quality towels (bath as well as pool towels) and bed linen. There is also a coin-operated washing machine in the complex laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle and all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience. One undercover parking allocated to the unit is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool. We have 3 adjoined fully renovated units in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings. PLEASE NOTE: The garden is maintained regularly. It is possible our gardener will come during your stay, no one will be accessing the apartment so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans. As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

The beach and esplanade are about 50m from the apartment. There is a Surf Life Saver section of the beach clearly marked. The lively Surf Life Saving Club complex is about an eight-minute walk passing along the beautifully treed esplanade lined with restaurants, cafes, shops, tour booking, etc.
The Esplanade is a very lively, place to be with green grassy areas with gas barbecues under the palm trees.
Fishing is permitted from the jetty at the northern end of the esplanade. Water sports equipment (jetski, kayak tours) is available for hire at points along the beach.
