As you enter the apartment into the air-conditioned living room you are met with awe inspiring ocean views down the coast to Mooloolabah. Views are also captured from the master bedroom with ensuite, and 2nd bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have queen size beds, while the third bedroom with private balcony has a double bed. Be further amazed as you make your way up to the exclusive use rooftop terrace that is perfect for greeting the day while enjoying your morning coffee or tea, basking in the sun or enjoying sunset cocktails. This apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Sunshine Beach, just a short stroll to patrolled swimming areas at the beach, the Surf Club and the shops and restaurants at Sunshine Village. The property also includes laundry facilities, undercover secure parking and stunning pool area. Please note bedrooms are not air-conditioned but have ceiling fans.
