    Functional house, everything worked fine- such as aircon, washing machine, showers cooker etc. Plenty of space for 2 couples, two bathrooms. Outdoor space was good. Beds comfy. Convenient location for shops and bars in Exmouth.

    We loved sitting out in the garden - being outside in the winter sunshine was so relaxing. The house had everything we needed and was close enough to walk into the town centre. A great place to stay.

This beautifully furnished, fully renovated, pet friendly, air-conditioned, 4-bedroom/2 Bathroom holiday house is centrally located with shops and eateries. With massive parking area for multiple boats and cars it is an ideal choice for both family holidays and fishing trips alike. Unwind in the outdoor lounges with a cool drink under the covered outdoor entertaining area or share stories of the days adventures around the fire pit (in season). Or you can step inside and enjoy the comfort of the spacious and newly decorated air-conditioned living areas, or simply curl up with a good read or watch the large flat screen TV. You are welcome to read/swap from the ample supply of books or use the array of board games for family entertainment. You also have free use of the many bikes at this property (own risk and liability and BYO helmets) to explore Exmouth town and beaches.
