It's a short walk from apartment to the Parramatta Westfield Shopping Centre and Parramatta Train Station, making it the perfect base for both leisure and corporate travelers. Enter this beautifully styled apartment into an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features stone bench tops, a breakfast bar with seating for 2, an electric oven, 4 burner gas cook top, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. A stylish white timber-top dining table seats 6 people. The living area has large flat screen TV and a wide comfy couch which can be used as a bed if desired. A wall-mounted split system air-conditioning unit provides extra comfort in the peak summer and winter seasons. Glass sliding doors lead out to a generous-sized undercover terrace, tastefully furnished with an outdoor lounge setting, coffee table and plants, a good alfresco space to relax and entertain. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and large mirrored built-in robes providing plenty of storage space for longer stays. The main bedroom also has glass sliding doors which lead out to the balcony, and its own en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom is tiled and has a shower over a full size-bath with a glass shower screen. For your convenience, the apartment has a washing machine and separate dryer. The apartment comes with its own secure car space. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately. * Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared. *If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies. *After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking. * Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.

It’s also only 8 minutes walk to beautiful Parramatta Park with its riverside walking and cycling trails. Just 5 minutes stroll away, you’ll find Church Street with its array of Asian eateries. The apartment comes with its own parking space, but if you prefer public transport, getting around central Parramatta is easy and free with the Parramatta Shuttle Bus. This circuit bus runs every 10 minutes 7 days a week starting from Macquarie Street near Centenary Square To get to Sydney CBD (Downtown), it’s a 7 minute walk to Parramatta Train Station which can be accessed via the Westfield. From the station, you can catch regular train services to Sydney’s train hub Town Hall Station in around 30 minutes.
