An amazing location near the tip of Point Cartwright. 2 bedroom luxurious unit at Breakwater with amazing panoramic water views. Practically surrounded by the Ocean, it allows for views South to Caloundra, over the Mooloolaba bay and marina as well as the hinterland and north to Noosa. Watch boats float by and keep an eye on your children in the pool from the comfort of your balcony. On level 1 Brand new air conditioning units now installed in both bedrooms and media room VIews of the river and ocean to die for, long balcony. Great to look over the Mooloolaba lights at night 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate sitting room for quiet reflection. 2 Queen beds one per room. Free Wifi and martTV with free to air, Foxtel, all apps and chrome cast The complex provides a built-in pool and BBQ. Strictly on party and function policiy Cross the road and you have a direct access stairs to the beach. 2 parking spots with key fob access. You may hire beach towels direrctly from G1 Holidays. Keys to be collected and returned to our office in Mooloolaba - Check in 2pm (outside of busy periods only) to 9pm. Check outs by 10am Absolutely no parties . Functions may be allowed but must be discussed with G1 Holidays prior to booking.
