Continue past the shops and you are on the beach within minutes, and don't forget to visit the iconic Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club. Offering holiday makers two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area opening out to a good size balcony with a BBQ and alfresco dining. Relax by the complex pool set in tropical surrounds and located at the rear of the complex beside a sunny grassed area, the ideal place for the kids to play or to enjoy a little picnic. Facilities include security parking and lift, and a lovely pool and garden area for all to enjoy. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom has two singles beds. There is a washing machine and dryer in the separate laundry. Please note: No events, parties or school leaver groups permitted. Guests must comply with the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour. Linen and cleaning fees are included in your stay. Please ensure the property is left clean and tidy to avoid any additional cleaning fees. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. For stays of 10+ nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is provided.
