Upon entering you will be greeted with open plan spacious living areas where the combined dining, living, and kitchen areas have modern furnishings together with a large flat screen Smart TV. The Kitchen has amazing cupboard space plus an eat-at island bench to die for, all new appliances featuring a large family size fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop and stone benchtops. The beautiful spacious balcony with quiet street and filtered water views will be an entertainer’s delight with large outdoor setting and Gas BBQ for those afternoons coming back from the beaches. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
