    Close to the beach. Great comfortable bed Cooking facilities & a milk frothier for coffee maker. Towels provided Thoughtful arrival touches/ a bottle of wine & icecream in freezer, coffee pods, also washing liquid, soap , shampoo & sunscreen....

Only a few minutes walking distance from Mollymook beach, golf course, shops and cafes. Offering a queen size bed & double sofa bed, it sleeps 4 comfortably. A portacot is also here at no extra charge. If you’re staying in, there is a kitchen with stove top, portable oven, coffee machine, & all the usual appliances. You can also cook outside in the communal undercover BBQ area. DVD’s & games will keep you occupied on rainy days, and there’s plenty of blankets and 2 heaters to keep you warm. Please note, we come here to switch off so there is no WIFI available in the unit.
Hi there, I’m a mum of two who loves the sun, sand and surf and exploring new places! I fell in love with Mollymook many years ago, and decided to buy my own little place so that we could enjoy it often. I hope you will love it as much as we do! Our unit No is 8, easiest accessed via the back stairs and is the first unit once you reach the top landing. There is a parking spot allocated as well (closest to the fence on the left if looking towards the back of the property). Available for questions via phone, text or email.
Although a main road, it’s pretty quiet here. You’ll get views of the beach as you walk down to the cafes. Beautiful scenery for taking a stroll. Walking distance to local IGA, newsagent, chemist and a number of cafes. The Mollymook Golf Club has a bus service to get home (may be quicker to walk to our place though). Ulladulla can be walked to if you're up for some exercise.
