Fully renovated, 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, walking distance to Grand Prix, Albert Park and Middle Park restaurants and cafes. Open plan lounge, large courtyard with Akorn BBQ, stone dining table and fire pit. 2 car spots and tram to Sth Melb market and Casino 100 metres away. Sandbar Cafe and beach 110 metres. Licensed supermarket across the toad
Local attractions include 3 min walk to the beach, tram outside to CBD and Fitzroy Street St Kilda. Short walk to MSAC and Grand Prix. South Melbourne market minutes away by tram or car and both Vic Avenue and Bridport Shops and Restaurants close by.
