Location, location, location! Close to the city, close to Northbridge (Night life), across the road from Herdsman Lake which is surrounded by Regional Park. The lake is also a wildlife sanctuary, with birdwatching a popular activity.

I've been hosting for two years now and enjoy providing a lovely serene home that is clean, comfortable and conveniently located to the city but with a nature rich feel due to a native garden and wildlife sanctuary across the road at Herdsman lake.

Attractions within the park include the Olive Seymour Boardwalk , Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre and Settler's Cottage. It also contains a statue created by Pietro Porcelli, which formally sat a top the now demolished AMP Chambers building, which was rescued and placed on one of the islands, Also Walking, cycling, picnicking,birdwatching and wildflower spotting are popular activities in the park.
