The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, electric oven, family-sized dishwasher, and a spacious island bench—perfect for preparing delicious meals. Sliding doors open onto the large balcony with outdoor heaters in the winter, where you can fire up the built-in BBQ, dine alfresco, and take in the ocean views. The top floor is a private haven, home to the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in robe, and a stylish ensuite with a walk-in shower.
