Altona Garden Retreat is very private as we have only the one unit, Our garden is now well established and our guests may have the pleasure of enjoying every part of it. The garden has been created over a period of 22 yrs after being purchased as a rough block. Our residence was constructed, and our original abode, a basic " Tin Shed" was totally refurbished in 2013 into our now very comfortrable 2 bedroom unit
We are a married couple ( 50 yrs ) and love gardening and other finer things of life.
Grandview Drive is a relative new sub - division. About 25 yrs. Most of the blocks are from 2 to acre, ours is 4 acres so your neighbours are not really close. With being a one way division traffic movement is minimal
