Enjoy this modern, central and peaceful home, whether with your family or friends. This house can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 3 comfortable Queen size beds.
The living areas are well lit with natural light and drenched in northerly sun during winter.
The house is conveniently located, only 5 minutes to Hawker Shopping Centre, 3 minutes to the Belconnen Mall and 15 minutes to the Canberra City Centre.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay.These include a cooktop,, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, Expresso Coffee Machine, blender, electric frier, rice cooker, wine glasses, etc.
The house has an effective central ducted heating and cooling system.
Laundry essentials are also included as well as a washing machine.
Fresh winter/summer linen and towels are supplied as well as bathroom essentials (body wash, hair shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer etc).
I am outgoing, sociable and reachable.
