Our property is in a great location, across the road from a lovely swimming beach and a short beach front walk to Batemans Bay town only 10 minutes. The apartment is within the Rio Rita Caravan Park. It has lovely garden areas with lots of trees and plenty of space.

We are a family owned and operated Caravan Park, that has been operating since 1965. Debbie, Donna or Cassandra will be happy to assist with any questions.

We are a short 10 minute walk to Batemans Bay shopping village where you will find a vast array of shops along with many cafe's and restaurants. A 15-20 minute drive to some on the most beautiful beaches on the South Coast. Nearby is Mogo Village has a world famous Zoo and small town centre famous for it's shopping and cafe's. There are also hiking and mountain biking trails close by. Many water sports available within a 5 minute drive.
