Property information

Modern and spacious both inside and out, this house with a pool and water feature will delight all the family. Architecturally designed to capture the sea breezes and natural light, it has an easy flow for relaxed beach side holidays just a 5 minute walk to Avoca Beach Surf Club, theater and cafes. As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.
