We will ask for a copy of a credit card to be held on file and for the guest to sign the agent's terms and conditions. Important Points -Maximum 4 adults only, property cannot accommodate adult groups. -Parking on the grass is prohibited, please use driveway and garage supplied. -Guest must comply with specific property rules. -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. Wow! What a breathtaking view! This roomy 2 storey home commands the most spectacular views of the Port Stephens waterways. Step out your front door and onto the beach! Jimmy's Beach is directly opposite for those early morning swims. Sit back and take in the view as you let the cooling sea breeze brush over you. The open plan living area has lovely large windows and 2 spacious balconies for you to take full advantage of the magnificent views. The main bedroom has the most spectacular views of the bay. With a queen sized bed and the glass sliding doors give you private access to the front balcony., second bedroom has king single bunk beds, third bedroom has two singles (that can be pushed together) and looks toward the river. Downstairs is a separate bedroom with queen bed opening through double glass doors onto the rear garden and also another bathroom in the laundry. There is garaging for two cars, plus boat parking on the driveway. The beaches are so beautiful here. Soak up the sun or hire out some gear and get into the water activities at Jimmy's Beach. You will be assured of a fun filled holiday.
